Pedro Pérez is Chief Creative Officer at the iconic TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles.
A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, Pedro’s built a career as a relentless advocate of curiosity. His guiding philosophy—being consistent at being different—is the engine for high-impact work recognized at every major global festival, including Grand Prix and Best in Show at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clios, and the Effies. Beyond industry accolades, his campaigns have sparked cultural conversations in major outlets like The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, The New York Times, ESPN, and The Telegraph. Under his leadership as CCO, FCB Chicago ranked 3rd most awarded agency at Cannes in 2025, also earning Craft agency of the year. Previously, he spearheaded Dentsu Creative Chicago’s rise at Cannes (ranked 6th in the US and 8th in North America), a first-ever recognition for the office. Prior to Dentsu, he helped create the award-winning creative vision and culture at BBDO Chicago. He’s been ranked among top CCOs at the The Drum and selected Adweek’s Creative 100.
