Biography
Peter de Albuquerque is an executive strategist and founder of PEDAL, a global consultancy focused on strategy, communication and reputation.
He previously held leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, leading cultural transformation across the B2C portfolio as Head of Culture and Creativity and driving B2B growth through BEES (Head of Marketing). Peter was the Creative Director at Menu, a LinkedIn Top Startup, served as COO at Banca Digital, one of Brazil’s biggest influencer marketing agencies, and has collaborated with consultancies such as MESA and advised organizations including Netflix, Riachuelo, The World Bank, OAB, Coca-Cola, Mercado Livre and Sanofi.
Peter holds a degree in Design from PUC-Rio, completed an academic exchange at Maastricht University, and a postgraduate degree in C-Level Leadership from ESPM São Paulo. He is currently a professor at ESPM, a columnist for Meio & Mensagem, and a board member at Soho House São Paulo.
He was nominated as a 2026 Global Top 40 Under 40 leader by the MIPAD, supported by the United Nations, and has served as a juror for international awards including EPICA and Effie.
