Biography
Pipo Morano is a creative leader with over 35 years of experience.
Throughout his career, he has worked at networks such as FCB, Ogilvy, and Grey, and currently serves as National ECD at MARURI.
Throughout his career, he has earned more than 850 national and international awards, making him the most awarded creative in the country’s history. His work has helped shape and transform major brands, both global and local.
Pipo firmly believes that creativity is the most valuable asset in the world.
He often says that ideas are in the air—floating like thoughts, waiting for someone to bring them to life. And it’s in that moment, when they are materialized, that they begin to create real value for people and brands.
This mindset has enabled him and his team to position the agency among the Top 10 most creative agencies in Latin America over the past decade, according to the official Cannes Lions ranking.
He has won 44 Cannes Lions—including 9 Golds—along with multiple Golds and Grand Prix at leading festivals such as D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, London International Awards, The ANDYs, Effie Latam, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica, among others
