Biography
Ruchi Sharma is a global, award-winning Creative Director, writer, and Founder of HumanSense. With decades of leadership experience across New York, Southeast Asia, India, and Sri Lanka, she has built a career at the intersection of creativity, culture, and impact.
She has led breakthrough work, including the UNHRC’s first digital human rights campaign, UNHCR’s campaign against gender-based violence, and Sri Lanka’s first campaign for the transgender community. Her work with brands like Unilever, P&G, and Colgate-Palmolive has earned international acclaim.
A speaker, juror, mentor, and columnist, Ruchi serves on the Impact Council of D&AD, teaches at Miami Ad School, and writes the ‘Keeping it Human’ column for Manifest. She also supports Women Empowered Global as a Personal Growth Officer and is a global partner at IV-League G-Woman Media.
At her core, Ruchi is a storyteller and a guide, helping people and brands find their voice, own their truth, and create work that matters. Her work is rooted in leaving a lasting HeartPrint, as she expands into writing books and screenplays.
