Biography
Sarah is a Berlin-based Creative Director, bouncing between art direction and copywriting. She has concepted and developed classic, digital and integrated campaigns across industries ranging from automotive, finance, FMCG and solar energy to sexual wellbeing. Brands she has worked for include MINI, ebay, Leibniz, Google Pixel, Panasonic, Sparkasse and EDEKA. Her work has been recognized by creative awards such as ADC, Effie, Max Awards and Gerety.
Sarah brings a distinctive creative perspective shaped by a career at the intersection of advertising, design and modern pop culture. She enjoys the interplay of commercial storytelling with authentic cultural insights. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, she understands how media and advertising can drive visibility and equality. That’s why she has always kept a sharp eye on diversity within campaigns, ensuring that creative ideas resonate with broad and diverse audiences. With this mindset, she will not only look for technical creative excellence but also expand the jury’s discussions to consider cultural impact and human relevanc. Because ultimately, that’s what makes creativity stand out: not only finding its way into people’s minds, but also leaving a lasting place in their hearts.
With a passion for all things digital, she loves to absorb the latest trends in modern pop culture and to engage in conversations about AI design, feminism or queer culture. Her goal is to use her skills purposefully in support of diversity and equality—an ambition she has strengthened through various women’s leadership programs.
