Biography

Silvia Lenberger is Head of Global Brand Experience for Nestlé’s Nutrition & Health category, where she leads global brand building, communications and digital experience across a diverse portfolio of purpose‑driven global brands. Based in Vevey, Switzerland, she oversees end‑to‑end brand experience, from brand positioning to creative excellence, ecosystem design and agency leadership, working across markets worldwide.

With over 20 years of experience spanning global advertising agencies, hospitality and multinational FMCG, Silvia has built her career at the intersection of creativity, data and communications. Before joining Nestlé, she held senior leadership roles at agencies including DDB, Tribal, Grey and McCann, leading global brands such as McDonald’s and Heineken and supporting organizations through large‑scale digital and cultural transformation.

Silvia believes that the most powerful creativity lies in developing real solutions for real problems. She is particularly passionate about communications that balance creativity with credibility, especially in regulated and high‑trust categories, where clarity, empathy and responsibility matter as much as originality. For her, creativity is not an end in itself, but a strategic advantage when it delivers tangible value and lasting impact in the real world.
