Susana Albuquerque is the Executive Creative Director of Uzina, the Lisbon-based independent agency named Agency of the Year in Portugal in 2025. Under her leadership, Uzina has gained international recognition, ranking 4th (One Club) and 9th (Cannes) among the world’s top independent agencies.

A 30-year industry veteran, Susana was ranked the #1 creative professional in Portugal in the 2026 Scopen Agency Scope survey. Her career includes being named Portugal’s #1 Executive Creative Director in both 2021 and 2022, as well as serving on the international boards of The One Club for Creativity and the Art Directors Club of Europe.

Currently serving as President of the Portuguese Creativity Club, she combines her advocacy for local talent with leading creative work for brands such as IKEA, Aldi, and Nespresso, always focused on creating work that resonates with people.
