Thea Heber Bjørndal Iversen is a senior independent creative copywriter, with over ten years of experience in the Norwegian ad industry. She is highly rewarded in Norway as well as internationally, with a range of awards from gold in Clio and One show as a student, to the most recently bronze in Cannes Lions 2025 (for Posten - Reinfell). After 7 years in Try, she started her own independent agency Monologtheateret that provides senior creative services to agencies that need extra manpower or have creatives in parental leave or sick leave. Her proudest work is #girlsinvest for DNB, that had an actual effect on economic gender equality in Norway, Women with incurable breast cancer, resulting in a permanent bronze sculpture in Oslo city center, and Reinfell, a documentary about Rudolph’s rise and fall as the world's most famous reindeer (a Postal service Christmas campaign). Thea gets inspired by absurd humor, maximalism, loud people, and clients who buy ad campaigns based on their gut feeling.
