Volkan Dalkılıç is the Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Türkiye. He began his advertising career at Leo Burnett in the early 2000s and has since built an international creative track record through senior roles at Grey Istanbul, MullenLowe, and 4129 Grey. Throughout his career, he has led integrated campaigns for numerous global and local brands across Turkey and the MENA region.

In 2021, Volkan was named the top creative director for the Middle East and Africa by The One Club, and in 2022 he was ranked among the top five creative directors of the year at Golden Drum. Prior to joining Publicis Groupe Türkiye, he served as Chief Creative Officer at Havas Istanbul.

An active contributor to the global creative community, Volkan has served as a jury member for leading award shows including Red Square (2022), Eurobest (2023), and the Cannes Lions Film Jury (2023), alongside several prominent local competitions.

His work has been recognized with numerous international awards, including honors from Cannes Lions, The One Show, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Effie, LIA, Loeries, and the Clios.
